Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"I stayed at the Ocean Manor Resort Hotel from 5 October to 8 October 2012. On 7 October 2012, the valet service at the hotel lost my car keys/remote. The valet service supervisor gave me a business card, with the names and number of the Owner and the manager of the valet service and told me that the service would replace my keys, as they have lost other customers keys and replaced them with no issues. I initially spoke to the manager and he told me to make a police report and give him a copy, so he can file a claim with his insurance company. This I did. After a few weeks the Valet service manager stopped taking my calls. I also spoke to the Valet service owner. She told me that the manager would take care of the issue of my lost keys/remote. After the manager stopped taking my calls, I again contacted the owner. She told ma that she was too busy to deal with my issue and stopped taking my calls. I did try to talk to the hotel manager, but he was unavailable. I did contact him by email. He said he would forward my issue to the hotel owners, but stopped corresponding with me. I have tried every avenue to contact these people and have them reimburse my for the replacement of my lost keys, by theis employees. No results."
