Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"The O-Bee credit union, located at 3900 Cleveland Ave. SE / Tumwater WA 98501, of my assigned safety deposit box, linked to G.B. Brown account #43986. When I attempted to gain access to my safety deposit box I was unable to get the lock to open with the key that O-Bee credit union assigned to me. Subsequently, the management informed me that my safety deposit box had the lock drilled, replaced and rented to anthor member. When I asked them about the contents of the box they said there was nothing in box when they opened it. Further, I inquired about the protocol of contacting me before drilling the safe deposit box's lock. The management said they had followed protocol however, management has not provided me with documentation/evidence acknowledging that to be factual. I have been in correspondencee with the credit union's president as well as five members of the Supervisory Committee and yet this matter has not been resolved."
