Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"Ordered trial - rec'd 0.5oz. Trial size of product, didn't see any difference. Called 3/23/2016 to cancel, they cancelled any new product and said would refund $89.00 off my credit card. Waited for refund to be reflected on my credit acct. Nothing, so called again 4/12/2016, told they had cancelled, but no refund was do. 14 business days trial - I checked dates and comes to 15 days. I asked to speak to official, told no, and she repeated no refund. Could I get address to write a letter? sHe said no and repeated I agreed to trial, I feel cheated, scammed and didn't like secrecy about info request, seems illegal practice. WHY WAS I REFUSED SEVERAL TIMES TO TALK TO WHO WAS ABOVE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REP? ALSO REFUSED TO GIVE ME ADDRESS, WHERE I COULD SEND LETTER.

Did some research, found Ripoff Report site. There story was just like mine, however, I didn't think to say about calling lawyer and BBB. He did and got results and got to speak to someone else on his call, refunded , but he didn't think about other product sent and was chged full price on his card.

Myself, I was so upset I didn't think clearly/fast enough when Talking to customer service, because of their tone and attitude.

The trial size is so tiny, I just can't understand their charging full price of $89.00, when I only rec'd. Trial size not standard size, whatever that is?"

  • After several attempts to wait for a response to my claim, Replenish still has not responded in any way. I do not recommend dealing with company.

  • The fact that NuPlenish Skin and NuPlenish Eye Company still have not responded to any attempts to reach them, since April 2016, even thru Better Business Bureau, reflects the poor quality of service of this Firm. I do not recommend buying from them, the product did not work or customer service assistance was a negative response.

  • After two and a half months of trying to get refund thru Better Business Bureau, have I yet had a response of any sort from NuPlenish Skin. The fact they have never acknowledged, shows what kind of Company they are to deal with. Very dissatisfied with products and company integrity.
