Claimant says:
"The owner of Nu touch maintenance systems, Mr. Jonathan Matlock, slandered and defamed the petitioner. She was unable to recover mentally and experiences anxiety and flashbacks to the accident. The injuries including anxiety, frustration and insomnia prohibit from her usual involvement. The respondent intentionally and recklessly inflicted emotional distress by behaving in an extreme and outrageous way. Therefore he is liable to reimburse economical loss and emotional distress."

  • This claim is categorically false and cannot be substantiated by any person or entity. To publish this claim would make you a participant in spreading a false statement in a public forum subject to any liability therein. I cannot comment on any of the details of the statements because there is no basis to refute. Therefore I have to reject any and all compensatory request of the claimant. Anyone can bring an unfounded public accusation against anyone and it seems this site is willing to publish it without the due diligence of research or collaboration. The claimants may have motives that are unjust, misguided or even sinister. More care and deliberation must be taken in cases of accusations of defamation.

  • The petitioner has all recordings of what Mr. Jonathan Matlock states to threaten her and of all witnesses. She also has the letter from psychology that he caused the damages and in what context. If it is appropriate, it will be uploaded online.

  • Mrs Cho has my permission to upload any threatening messages she has if any exist. If none are uploaded it should be taken as strong evidence that none exist. Also if it exist, Mrs Cho's history of making similar claims should be examined as indication of her motives. The claimant in her statement is admitting strong mental confusion. The public in general does not claim libel and compensation when they experience a perceived slight. My hope is professional therapist will continue to help her look to an inward solution and not outward as to resolution and cause.

    I'd suggest a private mediation to settle this. Also, could the claimant pls post the video recordings or maybe better a transcript of the parts you feel are material to your claim. Mr. Matlock is giving you permission to do so- correct Mr Matlock? After reviewing the additional details, I'd be better able to offer suggestions
