Claimant says:
"Mr.Coe signed a purchase agreement for my mom's trailer..-payment to be applied to her montly assisted living bill, the balance to be paid even if she went to another facility. She died after 6 mos with $12480 owed on her trailer...Per agreement the balance was supposed to have been paid. She had dementia and paranoia. As I cleaned out her trailer I found she had not transferred the title after paying cash for the trailer. I live in Vermont...have a husband with dementia...I left the paper work with Mr. Coe. He had the title put in his name and refused to pay off the balance of the trailer. I tried to renegotiate payment...and still have not recieved any monies due to my mom's estate. I wanted to register this complaint in case there are others. If he robbed my mom of her assests...I just wonder what he is doing to his other clients... My mom was Hiawatha Janice Katen...I am Teri J. Lacasse"
