Claimant says:
"I purchased a 2005 Mazda Mazda6 from the North Georgia Auto Brokers and also purchased a extended warranty from the merchant. However, the engine went out in this vehicle thirty days later. The extended warranty will not cover the damage to the vehicle because they claim it is a maintenance issue. Unfortunately, I had the car for thirty days so there is no maintenance to a vehicle on my part in thirty days. Therefore, the company sold me a defective vehicle. I tried to contact Mr. Ehab Abdelmeeih and his reply to this sensitive matter was, "I don't care if you had the car for an hour, I am not going to do nothing about it." Now upon being sold this warranty, I believe it was the dealers responsibility to inspect said vehicle to ensure that they have sold a valid automobile."

  • Unfortunately in GA As Is means just that..furthermore it is always the buyers responsibility to do a thorough inspection of the vehicle they purchase, these dealers just buy these junk cars from auctions and all these other places they dont know jack about the vehicle short of driving it to the lot and selling it...It is your responsibility its GOING TO BE YOUR CAR...when u leave the lot its yours...so its best to bring a mechanic get ur own warranty...the dealer should have helped tho they made a boat load of money but Buyers do ur own due diligence first before your part with your money
