Claimant says:
"i purchased this policy Nov 28. 1972 for $273.17 worth $1000 life policy, agent Freddie Robinson, policy# 580333. This policy for my son Rahmorol Page i'm his mother Norena Page. Several weeks ago i called just getting all my business in order for them to tell me this policy is not in their data base. They have no record on this policy. My son still living, policy has not been cash in and they say there's nothing they can do. I wrote them, received a reply back from Ms. Linda Conyers, ACS. She wrote me back (We do not maintain records on policies that have lapsed, matured, or been cash surrendered date back more than 7 yrs. I never cashed in this policy, my son still living, this suppose to be a life time policy. This company need to honor my policy, the ball drop somewhere in their court"

  • As of today I haven't heard from North Carolina Insurance co. I think I should have heard something by now. My policy never was cancel nor cash in. I can't believe they don't have records of all canceled policy, if not by name they should have copy of policies numbers

  • As of today I haven't heard anything from this company. I never cash in my policy. I still have my policy. Why would i cash in a policy worth $1000 ? This policy is for my son. The ball fell some where with you. Just pay me back what I paid for the policy.

  • I really don't understand how this company can just lose my son policy and act like nothing happen. I still have the policy, it's still valid and no one cashed it in. My new address is 1657 w lake st Chicago IL 60612 Some one need to get in touch with me concerning this serious matter. For all canceled policies you might not keep name but you should keep policy numbers in your data base. I will not go away til this issue got resolved

  • As of today I haven't heard from No. Carolina . How can a ins company just lose my policy and then treat me as if I was lying. If they don't want to honor my policy they should at least pay me the full amount that I paid for the policy. A ins company should have in their data base cancel policies id# . This policy is still valid, my son not decease. Policy # 580333 issued 10-28-1972 agent Ms. Freddie Robinson value of policy $1000 and amount paid in full $273.17 countersigned L.McCrea (secertary)
