Claimant's opinion: This company arrived to my home, I did not call them, they were "in the neighborhood", they repaved my driveway which the driveway they took out was in better shape then the one they laid down. No one ever responded to my calls and request for repair and now the President of the company is telling me he doesn't work for the company when his Web site and contract and voicemail claims he does.
Claimant's opinion: I really feel like James the owner thinks I must be pretty dumb that he can say he no longer works for the company when he still has a web site and number with his name and number.
If the driveway degraded that much in a few months, I do not think there is any choice but to rip it out and re do it. It just wasn't done right. Have you asked anyone to look at it and give you an opinion?

Do not hire someone unless you have seen their license and made sure that they are bonded and insured. They should also have a good reputation. If they tell you it is now or never, tell them never, because you have to check them out.
I think the company should make good on this mess if they are a good company. Maybe they had a bad employee but that is their fault and not your fault.
