Claimant says:
"I bought a new Nissan Rouge from Elk Grove Nissan. It's an ongoing problem, so let me explain in as few words as possible as to what I'm having to go through
1) I bought the vehicle in November 2015.
2) I traded in my Toyota Sienna and the negotiated trade in value was determined at $4000. When the contract was drawn I noticed that the trade in value was only $2800. When asked for clarification The finance guy added in a Dealer Discount of $2000. The dealer discount was on the advertised price anyways. The contract was signed in a hurry because the Finance person was getting late to go home. We came home and looked at the contract more closely and realized that error. I made 4 trips to the dealership to try to make the adjustment but to no avail. They said that the Salesman that negotiated our deal was gone for a month and that I should check back when he comes back. We got so frustrated that we decided to give in.
2) The vehicle that I was delivered had a different VIN # from my contract.
3) I didn't realise that the vin # was wrong.
5) Flagship Credit Acceptance told me that I should receive my title in next 10 business day
6) I started calling them from 09/02/16 and have been given a run around.
7) Flagship finally sent in a lien release letter - but instead of sending it to me, they mailed the letter to my Bank. On asking they said it was a bank check that's why they sent it there.
8) I drove 38 miles to bank main office and picked the letter.
9) The wrong Vin # was referenced in the lien release - so it looks like I paid off someone else's loan
I need your help.
After all that I have gone through I want to return the Vehicle to the dealer and get a full refund. I would also like compensation for all that I have been through
The dealership seems to have a "I don't give a damn attitude.
