"Back two years ago i went up to the dealership to look at some used vehicles to replace my 98 they told me i could not afford most of there cars on the lot and suggested a 08 jeep liberty out back i looked at it and said it was alright so i signed papers traded in my 98 and gave them $2000 later that night i thought about it and decided it was not for me i went back the next day and told them i did not want the jeep it was not what i wanted they complained saying i signed papers and already got rid of the 98 i kept insisting i did not want the jeep and they did not want to take it back instead they offered to return my $2000 as long as i keep the jeep instead of arguing further i accepted and thought at the time it was a good deal i was wrong, in the two years i have owned the jeep i noticed that the tires wear wearing unevenly i gave it no thought because i thought that was what it was suppose to do i had them rotated to make them last longer but after so long i had to replace and get new ones i bought the new ones in oct 2015 buy june 2016 i had to replace the front tires because the outer edge was completely worn out i thought it was needing a front alignment so i had the dealership do it ,while i was there the service people wanted to show me some thing and took me in to the garage the mechanic showed me i had a bent subframe i asked how that could be he said it had to have been done but a hard impact and i told him i have had no hard impacts the only thing i have hit was a snow bank in the winter turning in to my drive way and i hit black ice driving me right in to the bank cracking my plastic and tearing up the plastic a bit under the jeep which i had to remove because it was just hanging there besides that nothing the dealership would not claim or admit that the sold me a vehicle with a bad frame, i will not say if they did know or was a ware of this in conclusion i think that the other owner of the jeep did hit something and had bent the frame and did not tell the dealership ,the dealership took the jeep and instead of placing it with the other used vehicles because of its age kept it out back and only gave it a basic check i doubt they would have placed it on a machine to check alignment, i would like for them to either fix the problem or trade it"
