Claimant says:
"On Sept 12, 2012 we called 1-800-229-9895 to resolve problems with our computer. We paid $131.99 for 30 days of computer technical assistance. Since then we have called them 9 times only to be put on hold and never received assistance even after being on the line for over an hour. We also were given the option to leave a message and that they would return our call but have never heard from them."

  • They charge me $6.99 a month for something I have no idea about! I cannot get in touch with the company. I have called the phone number on my credit card bill without success. Any ideas would be appreciated.

  • They ripped me off too! paid 131.99 for 30days of coverage, never to get through again and then they billed me 6.99 the following month.I did not give permission to bill me other than 131.99 for 30 days of computer service,and all i received was a 1 time fix and no phone call back, no 30 days of service,no e-mail,no company website to complain. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY,DO NOT CALL THEM!
