Claimant says:
"after review of an online ad for this face cream and eye serum which offers trial size at shipping cost and charged for each item shipped $9.95 I was sent 30 day product supply and then 2 weeks later was charged $89.99 to my credit card...their ad did not state that it would charge me that price for a trial offer.. if it promptly switches you to the order page for my information and credit card .I feel this is deceptive advertising and a form of deception to the consumer. I called and was told that I was mistaken and I was told I should have read the ad however feeling foolish I pleaded with your rep to refund my money and I wanted to cancel any future orders as this cost was beyond what I could afford and if I did fail to read it I did not appear on the webpage I ordered it from and I feel duped by this company and how it used trial size hook in it's ad but sends you 30 day supply and then charges you in 2 weeks . I would like to get refund and hope that if this is a reputable company it will do what is right. thanks you in advance."
