Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"To Whom it may concern,

My name is Teraty Hudson and my husband and I received a letter from NCO Financial Systems,Inc. stating that Nationwide Insurance has placed a balance on our account for $70.90 for cancellation of vehicle insurance on May 26,2010. The reason for the cancellation was because we ended up buying another home and we purchased insurance through Allstate because they were much cheaper and we received a discount for vehicle insurance. Our bill through Nationwide was due on the 17th of each month, but we had a 10 day grace period. Nationwide is trying to charge us for the 9 days we had the insurance, but no one informed us that we would be charged for this because technically it was not late. We have been with Nationwide for about eight years and we have never missed a payment and never been late. During this economic hardship we cannot afford to pay for something we had no idea we would be charged for and I do not feel we should be held responsible for paying it. I would greatly appreciate it if this matter could be taken care of in a timely fashion.

Kindest regards,
Teraty Hudson"
