Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"I Hired the above establishment to Cater My Wedding Reception, in which was a Disaster,I paid half the money to Ms.Murray whom is the Owner of the establishment, in which the balance was paid directly to her staff member whom came to the reception to serve the food,The food that I had requested to be prepared was Horrible, Not just that All the food that was Paid for Never made it to the reception, One of the dishes I requested was Yellow Rice the rice Looked like Mashed Potatoes,Collard Greens were big and leafy,etc..I tried Several times to Speak with Ms.Murray to No avail, I spoke with many of her Staff members in which they relayed the message to her, My affair was on the 6th of July 2012, I spoke was the manager of the establishment on the 9th that following business day, and since then I've been in contact with someone from Her business, the the last time I actually spoke with Ms.Murray herself, and she assured Me that this matter would be handled properly,I'm Still waiting. The last time I sent Ms.Murray an e-mail was in August she responded to the e-mail stating that she was waiting for My last Name(she had All my information on file I made sure I gave it to the Manager when I first placed the order, also I personnally Spoke with Ms. Murray and gave it to her also)"

  • I've tried unsuccessfully to resolve this matter with Ms Murray,my conversation with her she states that was compensated for a pan of food that was suppose to feed 50+ppl by one of staff member,yes the member took $25.00 off the bal. I paid much more for the pan of food,Yes this situation should've been Over with along time ago,Until we can come to an Agreement that's right..
