"Yesterday I called the number listed on My OTC store.com 's homepage-800-361-2084. My call was answered by an Indian man named Tom who said he worked forADSroadside out of phoneix,Az. He was speaking from a room with a great deal of background noise. A later call to this same customer service number was answered America Rx. Another call was made and the person who answered said ADSroadside was the promotional department of the company. MY initial call to Tom continued at the customer service number and he told me that today was a very special day and that he was offering me a $100 Walmart gift card and all I had to do was pay$3.95 handling charges. I stupidly gave him my credit card information and then he continued to offer me $600 in groceries and $50.00. This supposedly was being sent to me thru the mail.This conversation was carried out with great difficulty with garbled voices extreme background noise and he hung up but didn't break the connection. He came back on the line and told me that I needed to go thru some verification process but to be sure not to say no during the verification process. well=I said no during the verification process and he came back on the line and told me I had made the mistake that he had told me not to make. I told him that I was no longer interested in the offer and to please cancel the whole thing and put me thru to a customer service rep. He said he would but first we had to complete the process. He then told me that some charge would be added to my credit card if I didn't call some special cancellation number within a month. I asked again to please cancel the offer and he said that he couldn't because the order went thru when I gave him the credit card information. Iasked why I needed to verify information if the order had gone thru already and got no clear answer. He then told me I had to listen to another recording that would give me the number to call to cancel-he did not have the number himself. Iasked again with some force to cancel my acceptance(not verified] of the offer. He said he couldn't again and i asked to speak to the manager. He said there was no one there I could speak to. i hung up as things were getting heated. I called back the same customer service number identified as America Rx,MyOTC store and ADSroadside. I got another cutomer service rep who gave me the address of MyOTC Store.com as:19-35 Hazen ST.,EastElmhurst,NY 11370 with no problem. Information had no number for that company or America Rx at that address. ADSroad was listed in Phoneix,Az 480-269=4827. A call to that number was answered by voicemail and identified as a Google company. Yesterday afternoon I received a call from a women who I can't remember what company she identified herself as being from and the discusion once again got heated with no resolution and either she or i hung up."
