Claimant says:
"Paid for my new plate sticker/registration on 8/31/12 by check, number 136 for $204.53
Was told computers were down, they took my check, stamped my vehicle inspection report, and was told that my plate registration sticker would be mailed out within a week. I waited, called several times, no registration mailed. I contacted ADOt, was told they never processed my registration, so I called several times, was on hold for 30 minutes, cut off, called back, now on hold for 50 minutes. I finally got through to a level 2 person, I explained my problem, she then quickly switched me to another extension that asked for an extension, with no way of getting back to her.
I called the first number again, spoke to a young lady who asked me if I wanted to file a complaint, I said yes, she then switched me to an extension, 8786, spoke to a nice girl Rosa, who promised she would look into it and call me back, she has not. I have paid for my renewal , the motor vehicle department has not processed my registration, and know one has helped in any way, and there seems to be a lack of accountability at that place, with no resolve, very frustrating. If I get no satisfaction, I will have to cancel my check, go back to that office, and do this all over again, that was what I was told by the answering switchboard, what kind of goofy customer service is this…. shame on them…….."
