"On 1/11/2014 I signed a contract for appointment settings services to be provided by Multi Media/ David Alexander . I paid $850 in advance and signed a. Servicr agreement with Multi Media. As of 4/20/14 no qualified appointments. Have been set for me by Multi Media and after several request via telephone & email, Multi Media has not returned my $850 deposit .
David Alexander has refused to pay me and has failed as a company to provide new prospectts for Solar as agreed."

  • A total of 13 appointments were generated on behalf of Mr. ODowd which far exceeds the number of appointments that were purchased by him (of which he is accepting as valid only 1 appointment). Mr. ODowd is disputing the appointments and whilst we retain the authority to audit his response to the appointments MMS had agreed to give him a refund in two equal payments. Mr. ODowd has been unaccommodating to the plan of action.
