Claimant says:
"My daughter got married May 3rd 2014 and the catering service I use charged us $3,000 for $200 worth of food. We meet Tammy Branscum in March and she had a partner name Regina. Before we discussed any food we went to price the meat for a 150 people half ham and the other half brisket we were told the price would be $900.00 when we comfort her with the horrible meat she said she paid $140.00 for her meat what a laugh we ashes her for two month could she handle the job she said yes we ask do you have a hundred and fifty plates she said she could do it we ask for three meats first puff pastry chicken we got about a pan of dry baked chicken, we ask for creamy cheese potatoes, we goy thrown together mush, green beans cold corn salad , we ask for a fruit tray she mixed strawberries, grapes and a few pineapples mixed in a tin pan you would feed an animal Warmer's on the floor they rented a tea cooler that was fit for outside not a black tie wedding. The tea container had soap in it her excuse was we rented that. for at least a hundred people the sweet tea was out in 30 minutes. I had to leave my daughter wedding to get tea for our guest. Mrs Bransum was late the wedding was over around 4 the ladies of our church told her that the wedding is over the food has been on the table for thirtyMinutes it's 4:30, she said oh where has the time went my mom asked where were you we thought you could do this she lied and said her partner was sick we know now that's not true. She said she didn't have enough time, she had to months to prepare. She had two girls and boy her husband to help I ask two of my church ladies to help, the appetizer were ok but the food was awful Mrs Branscum can not cater she's not qualified she spent maybe $400.00 on our food as you know meat for at least 100 people would be $7- to $800.00 . I trusted her she said she was qualified we also sampled the food in March when her partner was there. We told her Regina was the cook she said no she just made the deserts we gave her two $1,500 cashier checks I would like half of my money back. She keep saying she sorry she was so embarrassed so were we people from Texas to Kansas was discussed with the food. It was so bad. My guest were outrage a fabulous wedding bad catering.
PLEASE HELP!! A LOT OF OUR GUEST WILL VOUCH FOR THIS.
