"No one or company is perfect and I do under stand this as I am in the trucking industry as well. Like my customer when the company I work for doesn't act in a professional or we don't do as promise my customers expect some kind of action. I have never treated a customer the way I have been treated and if I did I would have very many customers left nor would I have a job. Something has to be done as I have done nothing wrong I was willing to pay what they asked with no question even when we asked to deliver to a new location and all iasked in return was a delivery date so my daugther could make arangments to get to that locations to pick up the car but all the people at Mobile Transport that I spoke with felt that I didn't need to know and that they would call me when they got ready to deliver the car."
