Claimant says:
"Millenium Information Services conducted an inspection of my property for insurance. The agent conducting the inspection grossly mis-measured my property. He apparently did not know the difference between 38 feet and 26 feet, or 27 feet and 13 feet. As a result of Millennium's measurements of my property, my homeowners insurance is being increased ( the estimated living area of my home is about 1,000 square feet or more than actually exists). Comments from customer service indicate that it is my responsibility to coordinate with my insurance agent and Travellers insurance underwriters. I have spent several hours working on this already, and would like to know who I should bill my time to (since Millennium apparently billed the inspection to Travellers). The lack of ability of the Millennium agent to use a ruler is at best negligent. I have called Customer service (talke to Justin and Ms Vaughn) and also sent and received emails from Sarah Burke. They all indicate it is my responsibility to work with the insurance agent and underwriters. I feel that I should be able to bill Millennium for my personal time since their agent cannot differentiate between 13 or more feet in measurements, and thus estimated my property at over 1,000 square feet than actually exists, resulting in an increase in insurance premiums."

  • Monday March 3rd 4.12pm I had an extremely bad experience with one off your employees (he said he worked for Millennium) who showed up on my door unexpectedly. He pounded at my front door over and over like a mad man! As I opened the door, he was very aggressive, assaulting and tried to bully his way in. He handed me a door hanger however his name or ID # is not on it.
