Claimant says:
"I placed and order with Mi Mesa Restarant on 12-19 -15 for 5 doz. tamales / paid for them in advance $76. was told by manger they would be ready on 12-23 . I went to pick them up on the 12-24 (3 different times) and was told I would have to come back they were not ready. When I went back I 2 o clock they still were not ready and they said they wre closed. I spoke with the staff told them I would like to just get a refund . They were very rude and said I would have to wait for the manager to come back. I asked for the managers name and phone number and it was almost impossible to get from the girl in charge . Her name I believe was Candis very rude ! When I spoke with the manger Connie and told her about her employee Candis , Connie was just as rude . Connie also told me that it was her employees Christmas party and she could control want her employees said or did. Connie the manager also left a very rude phone message on my phone and refund to give me a refund . Very bad customer service not only by employees but also by the owener"

  • all i am asking is a refund for order that was not ready at a time before the business was closed and the Owner" Connie" said the reason for there rudeness was because they were having there Christmas party and she could not be held responsible for her employees actions. I just wanted my order that i had already paid for 4 days earlier.
