Claimant says:
"On 04/27/2012 I made the mistake of spending $240.00 to talk to a Stan Hadlock on the subject of starting an online business, I have looked into these before and know what questions to ask. He told me they had drop shippers and millions of product that they needed people at home to sell. They also have a coaching staff that will work with you for nineteen weeks. That all cost $12734.36. He then switched me over to another person who asked me a series of questions which you no choice but to answer correctly to continue on with the process. After that they sent me to the finance dept and took my money. After a day I got the email that I signed the contract which is literally all it said. There were other attachments that were bank pages. It was 7 days from the time I talked to Stan at which point I talked to my coach, a 20 minute conversation where he told me to go through the fist three steps of the 30 step process. They only tell you how to use ebay, I called him back. I complained I wanted out. He told me that all that information is in steps 4 through 8, I went through those steps and the other 30 to find out they do nothing for you. The only qualification is you have a credit card to put it on and a computer. I started the program to find out you have an endless amount of videos to watch ,and there is nothing they do as far as hooking you up with products to sell and you have to find warehouses and drop shippers and each one on their links cost from $200.00 to $2000.00 membership fee .He misrepresent himself to me by saying they have drop shippers and a marketing system in place with a set price and products to sell and with a little bit of coaching I would be on my way. Not true, what you have to do is what Ebay provides. All they provide is coaching ,you do not have to be coached to use ebay at $12734.I looked them up on the BBB and they have an F rating with several complaints. If you need references as far as their bad service that would be the place to go
Stan Hadlock ask me to call him back after I talked to a coach and he couldn’t be reached. I wasn’t too thrilled with the 505 mind numbing videos that were available.
I called him today 05/10/2012 and he couldn’t be reached. The person I talked to said he would send me to the resolution dept. Stan had also told me I could dispute these charges if I chose to renege. Well I am reneging.

Stan Hadlock 1-855-858-1077 I have spoken to him once called him twice.
Charlie at the resolution center cell no. is 801-815-3149 has called a couple times I have returned his calls ,he can never be reached and he is never in the office.
Coach nico 1-877-436-5229-2005 email nicoc@coachingwebmail He has called me 3 times I don’t remember the dates and emailed me 3 times about some of my property I listed on Ebay.
I told them that I haven’t worked in 6 mouths and needed to do something I could make a living at.They didn’t volunteer the fact that if I follow their steps it would cost me thousands more to set up a business with me taking the responsibility of the product, whether or not it sells. All they supply is coaching at 20 min. a session and plus they take a percentage of your sales and charge you $40.00 a month to do it .
As far as I am concerned they misrepresented themselves, they do not supply the service they claim to supply as far as having drop shippers associated with them and research tools at my disposal.
The sad truth is, as I said earlier I haven’t worked in a long time if you don’t win this dispute it is highly unlikely you will be paid. I have very little money left for mortgage and bills, and am trying to sell anything I can to maintain.

PS. I can’t find anything they sent me as far as a contract to read that is anything but a blank page or a logo. There are 15 icons to that effect and 7 of them can’t be opened. So they don’t provide anything written to go by to unsubscribe or cancel the contract. The contract was also established after they got their money.They never sent me anything written to sign.

    "Mr. Kenneth Bacon did sign up with our organization on 4/23/12. We agreed to provide him with all the education , tools, and training in hopes to provide him with a skill that would help him. We have a recorded compliance where we go through the terms and conditions, which are that he has a 3 day cancellation period. In his coaching notes on the 4th of May he rejected his coaching appointment with no reason why. He hung up the phone and said not to call again that he didn't feel like this would make him money. He then proceeded to dispute this charge with the credit card company claiming that our product was not as described. Once a client disputes a charge we are no longer able to work with them. This client did not even give our company a chance to help him. Furthermore he did not cancel within the allotted time, and finally he disputed his charges. "
