Claimant says:
"My family and i went to get lunch to merced grand buffet on 3/26/16 and while one of my family members was using the restroom in company of her 4 year old a lady already in that restroom made my 4 years old nephew put his hands in a clogged dirty toilet and told him to take out a tampon that was already in there. we asked the lady a few times if she worked there but her answer to us was always no. after we got out the restroom we went to talked to the manager about the issue and we came acrossed that the lady from the restroom was actually the owners wife...we asked for names but they denied the information we needed, we also called 911 to file a report and they told us it was a city matter problem, after calling a few places we were advice to get in this page to file a complaint for our issue. All me and my family want is for this experience to not happen to anyone. please advice me with the help we need to get this problem solved thank you!"

  • If your family was to threaten to go public through a newspaper or local tv maybe they would apologize and if not then actually go public. That's disgusting and unhealthy
