"I contacted Meg's Cleaning Services through facebook private message for a vacant house cleaning and specified 2 1/2 baths, 4 bedrooms, 2 family rooms and a large kitchen. Noted that we would be having carpets professionally cleaned but that we would still need vacuumed and tile floors cleaned. Refrigerator also and wipe down a few cupboards. Meg's response was $255.00 for 4 br move out clean includes all supplies paper products sanitized vacuum etc.  2 - 4 cleaners. Cash or debit due upon services.  no checks. Insides of cupboards are an automatic. Then, after date decided: "Flat rate for move outs only add inside arw inside of oven fridge and you want All windows. If fridge oven isn't too bad we do not charge extra. 10% for first cleans. Any other questions feel free too just ask. It is a very detailed top too bottom clean.  Bathrooms are hand washed too get behind toilets all baseboards are hand washed etc." "We do like too start early just because it can take a few extra hours or extra cleaners. Thanks agan. -Meg"  This is the job I expected and needed done.  However, my mistake was showing up to pay her at 2 1/2 hours in and she said they were done so I paid her and thanked her without doing a walk through. After they left, my sister in law started noticing more things that weren't done so we contacted Meg immediately. She said she would be back at 3:00 to do the items. She never showed up and blocked our calls and messages the rest of the night. Even hung up on us! The list of things not done grew as we waited and we took pictures - They did not clean any of the 3 bathrooms - not a toilet or a floor.  Vacuuming was done lightly and not to get everything, which was fine, but still bad and most rooms were not even vacuumed.  No ledges or windowsills were wiped for dust, no windows cleaned, cupboards not wiped, laundry floor lint/dust and baseboards throughout not wiped.  The refrigerator and inside over were cleaned out. But granite kitchen counters were actually dirty and floors were sticky. Honestly, I'd like to know what they were doing there for 2 1/2 hours in this vacant home. Also disappointed with the lie that there were 4 people there cleaning for 4 hours - we have family and friends who live across the street and saw no one else arrive. I offered Meg's Cleaning Service the chance to rectify the situation and she chose not to. So then after having to remove them from my Networking Group, the nasty and threatening texts and messages started, and they have continued when I have not posted or contacted them. I was a victim in their cleaning scam and am now a victim to threatening messages from Meg and Nolan.  I then spent most of Easter Sunday cleaning what every bathroom and wiping baseboards, vacuuming the floors - everything I had hired them to do."
