The claimant's settlement terms were rejected with the following explanation:

    "It states very clearly in the Terms & Conditions that were on the invoice that Mr. Maytum signed and dated in agreement to that we make no promises or guarantees of earnings. It also states that the products/services are non-refundable.

    Every effort has been made to accurately represent our products and programs. Examples and testimonials are not to be interpreted as promises or guarantees of earnings. Earnings will vary per person. Your level of success in attaining the results claimed in our materials depends on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, the time you devote to the business, ideas and techniques mentioned, your finances, knowledge, and various skills. These factors vary according to individuals, and therefore, Medical Marketing Group (hereafter referred to as MMG) is not responsible for the revenue or payments due from Affiliate Programs or the success of any individual business. MMG cannot guarantee your success or income level, nor are we responsible for any of your actions or inactions. Many factors will be important in determining your actual results and no guarantees are made that you will achieve results similar to those described on the site and in our materials. I understand that I may, in accordance with my Affiliate Agreement, utilize my own advertising sources to complement the services provided above. MMG makes no specific claims as to the response rate of any of its web based advertising tools other than as provided in writing above. I have seen and approved all the charges and items listed above on the invoice all items are as described. I hereby understand that the above shown product(s) on this invoice are non-refundable. I (The Undersigned) understand and agree to the terms and conditions set forth above by MMG.

    In addition, Mr. Maytum also filed a dispute with American Express falsely claiming that the charge was unauthorized even though we have a signed Advertising Invoice authorizing the charges, as well as recorded verbal authorization, and a letter he sent to August complaining about how he hasn't made any money yet (an a transaction he supposedly did not authorize. As a result of his falsely filed dispute with Ames we feel his credibility as far as what he claims August said to him is questionable.

    Advertising is non-refundable, it costs money to implement and maintain, therefore all sales are final and this was disclosed to Mr. Maytum at the time of purchase."

  • It appears to me that we, work at home people, must work together bring justice to these companies who have planned from the beginning just how they can escape any responsibility for deceptive advertising. I understand and I believe you are sincere in stating the facts of your initial investment. You surely would not risk your hard earned money if you understood that these representative are trained to quote their deceptive results. I call them viral HOGS. Call me if you like, 662 746 0062.
