"I had a internet issue with mediacom , the first tech they sent out couldnt figure out what the problem was so he said it was not mediacoms problem it was my computer so he said i needed a computer trch come out n fix it which i did at this point i havnt had an internet for 3 weeks, the computer guy came the nxt day could not do anything said it was mediacoms problem so he called them n told them they needed to figure out whats wrong, so they sent someone again after 3 days, that mediacom tech got me reconnected, in the meantime i had to pay the computer company $117 to come out, i want the $117.00 reimbursed since mediacom failed to fix it in the first place, of course they tell me its not their problem they will not reimburse me, i dont think they should get away with that. Thank you, i' m Eva Monaghan, La Porte City, IA my landline is 319 342 3629 which is better to call back since i dont get good reception on my cell in La Porte, but my cell is 319 230 0585 which is ok away from home, thank u again."

  • 1 month free internet service is self explanatory due to the fact i was not provided with said service, i want reimbursed  for the money i had to spend for a service tech, which was suggested by your company tech, since he failed to find the problem, n 2nd company tech fixed in a little of no time

  • of course i expect 1 month free for internet service, my issue is reimbursement for $117.69 i had to pay the computer tech to come out unnecessary, mediacom tech #1 suggested to call computer repair person to come n fix the problen since he cuoldnt figure it out, but it didnt take mediacom tech#2 very long to fix the problem.
