Claimant says:
"January 8th 2012 around 1pm me my mother my sister my 3yr son and my friend was just getting ready to head back Philadelphia but decided to stop at the McDonalds in Atlantic City,NJ by the highway and shopping center to grab a bite.

Not too long after sitting in McDonald's we decided ok its about that time we should be heading home. I COME OUTSIDE AND NOTICE MY CAR WAS TOWED OUT OF THE MCDONALD'S PARKING LOT....me and my sister went back inside McDonald's and I ask them why did my car get towed? I also siad to the manager you saw us sitting in here eating, she say they had nothing to do with my car being towed and that I need to call a number on the card they handed me which was a towing company name Fourteen Towing Service loacted at 1635 b albany ave .

So I called the number and asked them (hue hephner) why did they tow my car I've been sitting in McDonald's the whole time i have receipts and if you dont believe me you can roll back the camera. The guy on the phone said thats not his problem and in order for me to get my car back I had to pay $150.00 or I wasn't getting nothing. I said sure I don't have any money my pocketbook and drivers license is in the car i need to get home im not from this city. He said that's not his problem!!! No matter how much i cried and pleaded even though my car was towed for no reason he did not want to give me my car back.

So my oldest brother came to the McDonald's picked me up and took me there to pay the guy the money to give me back my car so i can take my mom sister son and friend home.. I AM VERY VERY VERY UPSET with the customer service of the Mcdonald in Atlantic City. So I decided to call the McDonald headquarters to discuss/dispute the situation and they told me to mail out receipts for purchases and towing, I give them exactly what they ask for. then I waited at least a week and called to see if they recieve them NO answer mesage left i tried several times no answer so I left 3 to 4 mesages. I AM ASKING FOR A SETTLEMENT...."
