I believe the best possible solution when dealing with a corporation is to file a complaint with the state insurance agency. This will demonstrate and in some cases show the corporate office and/or owners you are serious. It's also the steps I believe one would need to take in order to file a lawsuit. And unfortunately is sometimes the avenue that will get the ball rolling. This will show your serious. It's also another method of possible laws that if not followed on the insurance company's part will give the plaintiff leverage.

  • My daughter was at this location from my understanding waiting on a friend and a employee of McDonald's.  as she had done on previous occasions. The way I know that management was aware is that I personally made them aware not once but on two separate occasions. Where I spoke with the manager on duty and from my understanding the same manager that was on duty the evening that this assault occurred.  Where my daughter was viciously attacked by multiple individuals/McDonald's employees where she did in fact receive injuries along with aggravating exsisting injuries.  This incident happened in the parking lot of this particular McDonald's location and it was interestingly enough witnessed by individuals who did give account along with testimony. It's unfortunate that this McDonald's was undergoing construction at the time of this incident. And that the responding officer the crestview city police was Ethier unwittingly to investigate or due more then what was expected of him. In this high crime areas of crestview fl.  As he didn't even contact the parents of the minor that was the victim of this violent attack against a female minor child. This incident happened sometime ago and all good faith efforts to resolve what had been a escalating conflict between the individual's along with management being made aware that threatened and verbally committed against the victim have gone unpunished or held accountable in any way the crestview city police department drop the ball as far as the half hearted investigation into the incident was never fully investigated.  Or was the parents ever contacting concerning any ongoing investigation where futher information could have been provided.  This is where one would probably need to understand the significance of the way business is being conducted in this neck of the woods I personally believe to understand why this unfortunate situation has failed to get the attention that if this had happened to one of their children.  Thanks for your response and concerns.
