Chagrin Blvd. over two months ago!
They have as yet failed to complete the job in a timely manor!
I'm afraid that we might loose our tenents if the job is not done soon!"

"We had a similar experience with this contractor around the same time. Work was performed badly with substandard materials and took over two months and a $400 surcharge coerced out of us at the end ostensibly because the driveway required more cement than initially calculated despite the furnishing of the proprietor with a precise site map to scale. Broken-down trailer was abandoned next door in a vacant driveway for two weeks until it looked as though the police were about to tow and impound it. Throughout the project, the proprietor was lax about returning calls (which could only be made through his answering service). This is not an outfit I could recommend to anyone, despite the (nonexistent) "senor discount"; better to pay full market price and get your work done by a contractor you know in advance is not a rogue. The more fools we."
