Claimant says:
"I bought a mattress started sagging in two months. a rep. came out and saw the condition of the mattress. I got acall from the main office that told me the mattress was sinking because I didn't have a frame with a center support. when I purchased the mattress I was never told I needed to have that frame. It's sinking on the edge as if some one had been sitting on that edge (DEMO). the Mattress is Not New. Theirs nothing wrong with the box spring, if I put the mattress on the floor, it would Sink. they said they would give me 285.00 towards another mattress because the warranty wasn't covered. I want a replacement..00"
