"Mass RMV is a criminal enterprise, run by criminals, guilty of extortion and racketeering.
I had a license in Mass in 1994-1995. In 1995, I went back to CA and got my CA license back. I have not stepped foot in Mass since. I now have an AZ license which I have had since 2008.
In 2012, I was stopped for DUI. Here in AZ, they jam you with needles and take your blood, and it takes approx 6 mo. for the blood tests to come back. But immediately following the incident, you get an Admin Per Se suspension for 90 Days. So I went through that, and fulfilled all the requirements to get my license reinstated, stipulated by the Arizona MVD. So Arizona is trying to reinstate me, but cannot do so, because Mass has a hold based on this Arizona suspension. Mass has taken it upon themselves to alter the terms of this 90 day suspension, and make it indefinite until the case is resolved. That is illegal for them to do, as this was not the terms Arizona put forth in the suspension. The major problem here is that the BLOOD CAME BACK NEGATIVE, so no case was ever filed. So there is no conviction for DUI on my driving record, and Mass is holding my privileges hostage until I prove that the case has been resolved. There is no case, so this is absurd. They are completely voiding Arizona's terms of suspension, and altering it to suit their liking, and they have absolutely no jurisdiction to do so. This is extortion to the highest degree, and when I have called them after waiting on hold for hours, they hang up on me. They claim that they are following federal laws that do not exist, and they are a complete fraud. They have done this to me in the past, and managed to extort thousands of dollars from me by putting suspensions on my license based on events and tickets that never existed. I plan on filing a lawsuit against them for large sums of money, as they have caused my car to be impounded numerous times. They have absolutely NO JURISDICTION over me or my driving privileges and what they are doing is criminal and evil. But this is what is to be expected when there are criminals at the top who approve this type of behavior, and it's appalling. How they are allowed to get away with this is beyond me, but they all belong in the state prison system."
