"I PURCHASED A INOGEN G4 PORTIABLE BREATHING MACHINE, FROM MAIN CLINIC SUPPLY. MY SALES PERSON LEO CASTRO ADVISED ME THAT IF I USED THE MACHINE FOR OVER 10 HOURS I WOULD HAVE TO PAY A FEE 0F 4% OF THE TOTAL PRICE OF THE PRODUCT AND IF I RETURNED THE MACHINE WITHIN 30 DAYS AND THEIR WAS NO DAMAGE TO THE EQUIPMENT. I WOULD RECEIVE MY MONEY BACK BEOND THE 4%. BUT INSTEAD HIS COMPANY SPOKE PERSON SAID THAT BECAUSE I KEPT THE MACHINE 30 DAYS THE RETURN FEE IS 15% WHICH I WAS CHARGED. I PURCHASED MACHINE ON 11/02/2016 RECEIVED ON 11/03/2016. RETURNED MACHINE VIA UPS ON 11/30/2016 AND ARRIVED NO LATER THAN 12/02/2016. IPAID 2665.00 THEY RETURNED TO ME 2190.25 . IT IS UNFAIR PRACTICES TO QUOTE ONE PRICE AND CONDITIONS AND USE ANOTHER TO LURE YOU IN ."
