Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"maddie motorsports agreed to one price on a new motorcycle over the phone, but when I picked up the bike (my fault) I did not notice they had raised the price by $150.00. When I got back home and LOOKED at the paperwork, noticed the extra money I called them. Not to my surprise they said that is was what I had Agreed to on the phone. Either the salesman has a bad memory,(which I doubt) or he slipped one by me.(again my fault) However I never did business that way and am not happy with the way they do business."

  • Mr Baker should call us directly to discuss this complaint. It is our feeling that he all of the pricing was discussed well before he picked up his new motorcycle. If he had questions about how we arrived at the final price he should have discussed it with us previous to the time of purchase. We don't want him to feel uneasy about his purchase and should call us directly about any ongoing concerns. But we are not paying some unknown website money to hide this complaint.
