"I had my garage door fixed at the end of October 2016 by Local Garage Door Repair Service Co.
They charged me $630.25. I called them because my garage door was going up and down, and
then sometimes it would not go down. They came the same day I called. They said that the pullies, wheels, etc. needed to be changed, I agreed and they performed the work. They said that if I had a problem to give them a call. Well, in December I started having a problem, again.
The door goes up and down, and now the door will not close unless I hold the wall button down. I've been trying to get them to come back and fix the problem, but they have been giving me the run around because now they have my money. They told me on 3 separate occasions that they were going to come, but waited all day, didn't call and didn't come. I
would like to have they come back and take all the parts that they installed and give me my money back. I don't want to deal with such dishonest people."
