Claimant says:
"My name is Charles Hinds, I bought a cabin in the Little Valley Mountain Resort last June. All cabins have a 250.00 Road Maintenance Fee for each year. I have spoken with the owner of the resort about repairing the road that is in bad shape coming up to my cabin and others and was told he would look into the matter. I have left several request about this matter with no help in sight. Is there any way of getting the owner of the Resort to comply with the road maintenance agreement, or do I need to contact a lawyer. The people that rent and live on Lightfoot Way are all having problems getting up the mountain with the road in the shape it's in now. Can you help in this matter?

  • we have told mr hinds that improvements are being made. The gravel portion of the road has been retained for travel in ice and snow new gravel is added each year ( already done for this year) patchwork patching of existing pavement will be done later this summer.
