"Paid for a 5 year extended warranty on an all wood bedroom suite I purchased from Circle K Furniture that covered everything and when I needed to use the warranty I could not get in touch with the company nor did the better business bureau have a listing or a phone number to reach them. The furniture store I purchased it from informed me that they did not know how to contact them either. I have bank records and invoices of my purchase and a legitimate contract along with a service brochure from company, just no one seems to no where this company has vanished to or how to get in contact with them for them to honor the warranty."
