  • I'm sure there are laws against such deceptive practices against senior citizens. I made a 10.00 purchase as a gift for my daughter-in-law and ended up being charged another 175.00. I am on social security and i assure you I would not spend 185.00 on cosmetics, if the offer had been clear.

  • According to our records, customer ordered our products (the Le Juve Skin, Skincare, and the Le Juve Eye, Skincare) on a 14-day trial basis back on 11/25/2017 and paid the shipping and handling fees of $4.97 and $5.97. The trial expired on 12/09/2017 and due to the fact that our customer did not contact us to cancel their trial they were subsequently charged for the original shipments on 11/25/2017 $89.97 for the Le Juve Skin, and $85.97 for the Le Juve Eye. Due to no cancellation the autoship program took effect.

    Customer had contacted our Customer Service on 12/15/2017 and requested for the subscription to be cancelled. We immediately granted the request and cancelled the account.

    Even though customer continued on our autoship program, as a one-time courtesy, we will allow a refund on the previous order. We have issued a refund from Le Juve Skin for $89.97, and $85.97 from Le Juve Eye ordered on 11/25/2017. We do not agree with any other grounds provided.

"Has the full refund been received yet? Canada has much stricter laws about this kind of business according to my sister in law. If the refund has not been received, I would recommend contacting Canadian authorities."
