Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"On December 13 2011 at about 5;30 pm I ordered some parts for a 1966 mustang. After I placed the order, I got information about their company that was negative. Their company policy was no returns, in store credit only. After reading this I cancelled the order the very next morning. The order was cancelled thru Jason, he said he would have someone return my call, that never happened. They shipped the order anyway and charged my card. Now they have their merchandise back and will not give me a credit card refund. The original purchase was $2850.30 Now they are wanting me to accept a store credit of approximately $1900.00 after shipping and restock fees. The order was stopped the next morning and I have phone records to prove it."
