Claimant says:
"I went to Landers Mclarty Dodge Ram Chrysler Jeep for a job and upon arrival I was told it was a training class. On the 2nd day of training I was asked to pay $629.00 in cash for training material. I never received training material. World Wide Consulting Services states that a refund for this $629.00 would be issued by the dealership. Therefore, I am expecting a refund for the full amount from Landers Mclarty dealership.
Also, when my driving record was checked, it stated that I was unacceptable."

  • Just to clarify from your claim, is World Wide Consulting Services a training company that was hired by this dealership for training, or some form of job placement company? If the company is a training company, and was supposed to provide training materials, did they receive the funds you paid the dealership? In that case, they should be the ones to provide the refund for training materials not received. If they state they haven’t receive funds from the dealership for the materials, then the dealership should be refunding those funds, as you did not go through with the training. What sort of contact have you had with the dealership since this occurred? Perhaps letting them know that you have not gotten your refund of your training expenses when you did not receive training materials or training, for that matter, will assist you in getting a resolution. Perhaps writing them a letter and sending it certified, so you can be sure they received it, will help get some attention to your claim.
