Claimant says:
"Approximately 4 weeks ago I filed a compliant regarding devious advertizing of 25% off the "entire store". They refused to honor that saying that a "special order" did note qualify. My memory has the Special Order Desk is IN THE STORE. Approximately 2 weeks after I submitted my compliant, their add was changed to "Up To 25%" off. This now allows them to say anything they want about what the discount applies to. They obviously modified their add to get around situations like mine. I never heard back from the BBB regarding any explanation of why my claim was not valid. But the fact the company adjusted it's advertizing seems to indicate an response to my point. I now know that the BBB is useless as tits on a bull."
