Claimant says:
"I joined LA Weight Loss in August 2012. I paid in advance a 1 year program with a refund to be paid of $10 for each pound lost in the first 8 weeks. The center closed in October. They did the paperwork on the last day they were open for a refund of $166. for the 16.6 pounds I had lost. In February when I still had not received my refund the customer service phone # said I had to email my request to info@laweightloss.com The 1st response was they were not clear on what I was requestint the refund for. Their second reponse was request being submitted to Corp & would let me know. Third reponse was the requests were submitted by the centers & if I hadn't been contacted then it wasn't submitted. I got no response to my last e-mail. I can't even get them to refund the $166. I am due, let alone anything being refunded for the 10 months of the program I got cheated out of."
