Claimant says:
"I purchased a 2004 Mercedes Benz wagon in 2011 that had a 2 year warranty. The first month the warranty was dropped leaving me with the lemon I have since found out the car has electrical problems also and have spent over 5000 dollars in repairs for the car . Now the car needs a new air 4matic suspension which costs 1700 dollars when I called the dealership and explained the warranty was void the manager told me that's what you get when you buy a Benz. I am a disabled individual who uses a wheelchair and explained to him I did not want to inherit someone else's problem. I have had nothing but problems with the car since day one of purchasing it. The first night I took the car out the abs brakes failed, they had to tow the car. There is a mechanic shop next door to the dealership that is involved with the dealership that is helping them cover up the fact that they are selling lemons . I had to take the car back several times to which the shop would not give me a diagnosis of the car they just kept fixing the car. Not knowing about a lemon laws of New York State I had given a 1000$ deposit to which the dealership told me I had to go through with the deal or forfeit my 1000$ to which I just couldn't afford to. Hence I am on social security income. Please look into this businesses practices and make sure no one else gets taken by them. I look forward to hearing from you in a timely manner; thanking you in advance."
