Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"I purchased a 2008 Ford Expedition from King of Cars back in 2014, In my opinion they saw a person who was in need of a vehicle asap and took advantage of the situation. Since day one when I call to make a payment which is twice a month which my monthly payments are $730.00 a month I always ask for a receipt of my payment usually I have to call back a few more times to get that receipt sent to me by email. I like to keep copies of my payments so I can keep track of what I'm paying for the vehicle. The point of the claim is due to the fact that just today 02/04/2016 I received my receipt for yesterday's 02/03/2016 payment of $365.00 and it showed now that they have added a (principle) and (interest not added) since it did not get put in due to computer error. I speak with different people all the time and no one seems to have any idea why or what happened my emails are always sent to me by a Yolanda. I get the run around and It's frustrating to have to deal with a company that has no idea why my amount of the vehicle keeps going up instead of dropping from all I'm paying twice a month. I'm looking for the agreement paperwork and I have printed out a few of my receipts to show that my balance has gone up since October of 2015. If anyone can please contact me and I can provide any further information from this problem I am having.

Thank you.

    "Mr.Salazar,
We have 2 ways of sending email. One way is generated by our electronic system which sends a receipt without interest (which is stated on receipt) and the other is saved which includes interest and then forwarded to you by personal email. You also have the option to go online and review every single payment receipt and balance on account. The last time an email was sent from Yolanda's personal email was 2-3-16 and before that it was on 1-20-16. The receipt sent on 2-3-16 was including interest as it was sent from Yolanda's personal email. The receipt you sent me which was in question was a receipt from a month ago dated 1-7-16 which was sent from our electronic system which would show the balance of your loan without interest. Your concern was that now on receipt dated 2-3-16 your balance is higher and it may appear that way but in reality the balance is shown with interest. Your payoff balance as of today is $11,145.82 and your total balance including interest is $13,107.91. If you have any further questions please feel free to contact our office and we will be happy to assist you. "
