Statement of Claim
"Bought keystone 336bhs in 2016 had so many problems warranty work was crappy and still have many problem with leaks appliance failures awning and lights etc.

Update 1/16/18 They have not even tried to make this right. Keystone knows this years make and model all had the same problems and they still let their dealers sell them without any disclosure to us buyers. I know of 68 other ppl thanks to Facebook with my same camper with same exact problems. They are finishing up my warranty work. But. The roof leak that’s been repaired twice by their approved dealer is leaking again. The microwave quit 5 days after warranty was up and the list goes on. I’m going to sue them !!! Just working on finding all the ppl to prove that rather then have these issues fixed at dealers they was sent to they continued to just let them be sold leaving me with crappy repairs both ugly and inefficient!! )"

  • So within the first month we had a shower leak which leaked into storage underbelly causing damage which was never fixed after leak was , giant screw popped through kitchen laminate flooring and only fixed with some putty on top ! That caused damage to kitchen slideout which took forever to be fixed. Out door kitchen seal failed and rain destroyed countertops. Then after that fireplace quit working , awning lights quit working and awning started separating from camper. At least 15 keystone dealers were either too busy or didn’t want to fix it bc it wasn’t purchased from them. I finally get a place to fix it. One that keystone recommended I take it to and literally days before I’m scheduled for remaining repairs to get made keystone calls and says they are no longer willing to work with this place they sent me too. Mind u I’m parked right behind this dealer waiting on parts. We also had a roof leak first week which we repaired mostly til dealer could get us in. They repaired it and now that exact same place is leaking again!! Recliner was broken. We were told it just needed oil but further inspection we noticed a broken medal bar underneath We found a piece of wood trim on the outside top of one of our slides thank god it didn’t hurt the slide. That we can tell at least. The doors in under storage keep poop off bc the wood underneath was never repaired after shower leak and there is seperation at seems our fenders had to be reattached after almost complete coming off. All this in first week first month and the rest in first year!! Come to find out there are at least 70 other 336bhs with identical issues but rather then keystone stopping the dealers from selling these models until repairs were made they let us just figure it out ourselves. If this claim doesn’t work I’m ready to start organizing a class action lawsuit or personal lawsuit!!!! I’m fed up.

  • I repeatedly asked for someone outside of warranty to contact me and it never happened. I was lied to at one point and told the dealer didn’t want to work on my unit any longer which I found was a lie and that keystone simply no longer wanted to work with this dealer. I was talked to ugly not listened to and after the 15 + problems this camper had starting the first day keystone should have taken this camper back. I complied completely even tho the repairs were ugly and just bandaids just bc I didn’t want to be a bother and bc we loves our camper but since Keyes ya to put me and my family through more turmoil I will move forward with attorney general and a lawsuit. I have plenty of other ppl who have also been screwed to back me and social media and the news will help me find more. Thank goodness for friends in high places!!!

  • And another interesting fact. The dealer that u stopped from completing my work is willing to do an interview with me stating all the facts and problems I’ve been through with keystone and that’s bc unlike keystone they value their customers and treat them like family!!!

  • Im happy to announce that Indiana attorney general has contacted me. Even though I hadn’t reached out to them yet!! Looks like we will be hoing to court!!! And im not alone. 2 other unhappy buyers will be coming with me so far!!!
