"My wife and I purchased a Keystone RV from Camping World, Lakewood, NJ on 6/30/14. This RV cost $39,466.36 and was brand new. After a trade-in we financed $34,832.31 (180 payments). On January 15, 2014 we noticed the problem.

In the early months of 2016 we noticed some indentations in the outside of the front of the RV. We contacted Keystone and they gave us a choice of three dealerships to contact for an evaluation of the problem. We chose Driftwood RV in Clermont, NJ and on 6/21/2016 the RV was taken there to have the problem evaluated. Driftwood advised that there was no apparent damage done by us (broken seals, etc.) According to Driftwood there was a glue problem which caused the separation (manufacturer's defect). Keystone was contacted but declined our claim and refused to have the problem repaired.Key"
