"I Jamie Adams have bought a TRUCK from Kerry Chevrolet in Alexandria Ky.
I bought this used 2005 chevy HD2500 from Kerry Chevrolet with a warranty, i took the truck in for an internal anti-freeze leak. i was told that the warranty company did'nt cover a truck lifted over 6 inches "which is the way i bought the truck". their excuse for the first complaint was that they gave me a car. REALLY? I buy a truck and get a car to haul wood in. but now im having ABS break trouble and they tell me that they reimbursed my loan company the money. i didn't buy the warranty just for the loan company to be reimbursed, I bought it to be covered for the repairs, and I bought a truck. not to buy a truck and drive a car. i even joked with the manager "Don Porter" that it took me alot of trips but i got my wood hauled in the trunk of the malibu they gave me. Now I'm having brake trouble with the ABS and they say you have no warranty!!!!!!!!!!(!!!!! love how ya back the it up!!!!! and when they had the truck the first time was 2 months before i got it back. I buy a truck and have to beg friends to haul wood for me because they give me a car"

Message from Kerry Chevrolet: We had the full amount of the warranty refunded to the lender , The Adams signed a cancellation for that to take place. We also repaired the vehicle on the first claim as a good will gesture.
