Claimant says:
"I applied for a loan and a man named Daniel Collins contacted me by phone,sent me the contract to sign, fax the contract back with a copy of my bank statement proof of adress,Copy of Driver licence, social sercurity card and then Western Union the collateral payment of 2 months up front which was $869.28 but said round off to $860.00 plus $62.00 totaling $922.00 to send it. Then the next morning I get a call from a man named Peter Clark who said he was Daniels supervisor, telling me they needed 2 more months payments up front because of my high risk credit rating and I told him the most I might have would be $500.00 and that was my bill and groceries money.Which cost me another $43.00totaling $543.00.Mr. Clark guaranteed me the deposit would be deposited no later than 5:00 Sept.2,2011. I still have not recieved the loan or a refund of my money. I called serveral times for several days it is answered by automated message and sent to the loan officers phones but no one returns the ncalls..Now the phone says it is NO longer in service. The phone number is ( 877-602-6662 ). I am raising 2 grandchildren full time and another one part time so I am behind on all my bills."
