Claimant says:
"I bought granite for my kitchen, laundry and four baths. When Kelca Counters installed the tub deck in the master bath, the slab of granite had a crack in it. Immediately, I called Sheila Kelca and reported it. She told me not to worry, it would be taken care of. The granite in my kitchen surrounding my cooktop was mis-cut by 3/4 of an inch, too big, at one end. Also, I did not receive the tub backsplashes that I paid for.

Mike Kelca's solution to the tub was to cut out the crack in the granite leaving me with a seam in the front of the tub or to replace the granite with a piece of black leathered granite (my bathroom is in brown tones with a polished granite counter-top) or use another piece of granite NOT matching my counter top. Using another piece of granite (acceptable to me) would have been fine if they wanted to replace my counter top also. On the kitchen granite, Mike glued a strip of aluminum behind the cooktop . Aluminum does not match stainless steel and the glue came loose a week later. I would like a matching granite pencil behind the stove."
