"i have rented a room on a month 2 month basis with relax inn totaling 3 months.i was given a room with no heat and by the end of the third months rental i was forced out my room by means of having the lights shut off,forced to be relocated to another room on the property with no tv,fridge,microwave,or heat as well before our agreed upon move out date which would have been april 4th but eventually happened on april 1st.i was relocated next to the office where at every turn i have been bullied into living like a rat in a rat hole.my lights get turned off every chance they feel they'd like to do it,and now when i call the police they turn them back on when they see them with the outside camera.i have documented this entire nitemare by video."

The claimant's settlement terms were rejected with the following explanation:
  • I need more information

    "Hello Mr. Jones,
    I disagree with your claim. Per you documents, you have $5000.00 damage. I would like to see each and every damage property of yours which was damaged while your stay at Relax Inn. I would like to see your properties which was damage IN the room. Also the Refund you are demanding was not paid by you so therefore you are not the recipient of those rent. Also You have not paid the rent of month of April 2014 and you are still living at the 19325 US Route 11, Watertown, NY 13601 Room No. 106. Therefore you owe us the Rent for month of April 2014.
    Also the basis of you claim is false. You have never had to spent a night at The Relax Inn without Electricity, heat, water, or other necessity we have to offer. So i would be happy to look at your videos, damages and Room Rent checks which are claimed for.
