I offered to pay the shipping fee if Jeremy Stead would supply a shipping date,I still have not received a shipping date,I have now cancelled the order,Jeremy Stead has not returned my deposit.
It is common to run into material and production problems with custom work and some of us are just slow. The key is telling your customer what is going on. It does not sound as if this guy has done that. Also, when you say 8 weeks and it still hasn't arrived in 8 months that is beyond materials problems or being slow.
If you paid over 1,000 and haven't received either the product or a refund after 8 months, then to my mind that is fraud. The date on this complaint looks to be Nov 4. In my opinion this should go to the police.
Considering I have been waiting over eight months for the manufacture of the saddle, I don't believe Jeremy will deliver the saddle within the next four weeks, Id prefer my deposit back, If Jeremy can convince me he will deliver the Wade roping saddle to the quality and standard advertised I will accept the saddle.
